2: Building the capacities of CSOs and local decision-makers for the inclusive implementation of climate change resilience programmes for the populations and ecosystems of the intercommunal entente.
3: Ensuring sustainable and participatory waste management that creates wealth and green jobs for youth and women.
step 3
Step 4 - Implementation
1: Rules of good conduct in terms of environmental protection and biodiversity preservation are promoted through the provision of various awareness-raising tools to schools, community radio stations, young people and populations (educational kit and awareness kit, video clips, mobile application, comic strips on environmental protection) but also through the implementation of concrete actions (including school gardens, environmental clubs).

2: An environmental watch for a healthy and safe coastline is ensured by the EIPC thanks to a functional platform that will be a tool for managing and sharing knowledge
