The year 2021 was marked in Africa as in the world by a succession of extreme climatic events. The planet has had to combine heat waves and floods, no continent has been spared. As the COP 26 will open in a few days after a year of postponement, the States, especially the developed ones, cannot close their eyes to the obvious: the fight against social inequalities and the fight against climate change are deeply linked, and in this context of health crisis, the economic recovery must take into account the issues related to the climate crisis, to put the planet on a path of sustainable development.
